Digitalization at Swissgrid AG | Thanks to 3D analyses — precisely in the forest. Calculations of the ice load or the safety distance of each tree guide the forest teams precisely from the screen into the forest - secured with the Uepaa® Safety app.

Swissgrid carries out around 12,000 inspections annually on the 6700 kilometers long Swiss transmission grid. The overhead lines are exposed to wind and weather, including avalanches, debris flows or rockfalls in the mountains. Securing #Alleinarbeit or using Uepaa #Kameradenhilfe options plays an important role in this.
